Q. I forgot my password!
A. You can request your password be reset here: Password Reset
Q. It keeps asking me to change my password every time I log in. What do I do?
A. Do not use the temporary login information that was provided via email when you first logged in or if you requested a password reset more than one time. These are one-time use only and if you try to use them again, you will be be prompted to change you password again. Use the normal login form to login. Q. I am trying to login with my email address and password but it's giving me an error.
A. You might get an error for a variety of different reasons. Here's some of the common solutions.
- Make sure you are using the username and password you setup for the WOLF website.
- Usernames and passwords are case sensitive (double check your caps lock key isn't on).
- Your username is probably NOT your email address. You were able to choose a username when you first registered for an account so you should use that as your username.
- Hint: If you don't remember your username, try your Firstname Lastname (with a space between).
