Dens are made up of retail employees and focused on innovation in your local market. Anyone can start a den! Dens have become one of the fastest growing parts of our WOLF@Best Buy network. They are all-inclusive meetings that take place within a store and is lead by passionate store employees who are committed to developing and sustaining leadership skills, innovations experiments, personal and professional networks, and the partnerships within their local communities. Dens are made up of retail women and men within a specific store. All employees within the store are welcome and invited to participate.
